1. Natural creamy peanut butter - ¾ cup
2. White sugar, or to taste, divided - ⅔ cup
3. Unsalted butter - ½ cup
4. Packed brown sugar - ½ cup
5. Egg - 1
6. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
7. All-purpose flour - 1 ½ cups
8. Baking soda - ¾ teaspoon
9. Baking powder - ½ teaspoon
10. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
11. Milk chocolate candy kisses (such as Hershey's Kisses®), or to taste - 24

How to cook deliciously - My Best Peanut Butter Blossoms

1. Stage

Beat peanut butter, 1/2 cup white sugar, butter, and brown sugar together in a bowl until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until combined.

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Stir into the peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in remaining white sugar to coat. Place on baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
