Ingredients for - Peppermint Bark Brownies

1. Cooking spray -
2. 1 batch brownie batter -
3. 1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened -
4. 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar  -
5. 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract  -
6. 1 1/2 c. white chocolate chips, melted and cooled slightly -
7. Pinch kosher salt -
8. 1/2 c. crushed candy canes  -

How to cook deliciously - Peppermint Bark Brownies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 9”-x-13” baking pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. Pour brownie batter into prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of a the brownies comes out with only a few moist crumbs, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely. 

2. Stage

In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat butter, sugar, and peppermint extract until light and airy. Add white chocolate and salt and beat until smooth. 

3. Stage

Spread frosting over cooled brownies and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
