1. Cooked chicken breast halves, chopped 2
2. Mayonnaise, or to taste ½ cup
3. Green onions, chopped 2
4. Sweetened dried cranberries (such as Ocean Spray® Craisins®) ½ cup
5. Green apple, shredded ¼
6. Chopped pecans ¼ cup
7. Lime juice 1 tablespoon
8. Dried dill weed ¼ teaspoon
9. Salt and black pepper, or to taste 1 pinch

1 . Stage

Mix together chicken and mayonnaise in a bowl, stir to coat well. Stir in green onions, dried cranberries, apple, pecans, lime juice, dill weed, salt, and pepper.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for several hours or overnight (the flavor just gets better).
