Ingredients for - Roasted Squash

1. Butternut squash - peeled, seeded, and cubed 1
2. Olive oil 4 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 2 cloves
5. Panko bread crumbs 1 cup
6. Ground thyme 1 tablespoon
7. Butter, cubed and at room temperature 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Squash

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Combine squash, olive oil, garlic, and 1 pinch salt in a bowl; mix well. Place in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.

3 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until squash is soft, 45 to 60 minutes, depending on size of cubes.

4 . Stage

Combine panko with thyme, salt and pepper to taste, and butter. Distribute panko-butter mixture evenly on top of squash. Bake until topping is lightly browned, 10 to 15 minutes more.
