Ingredients for - Roasted Squash

1. Butternut squash - peeled, seeded, and cubed - 1
2. Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 cloves
5. Panko bread crumbs - 1 cup
6. Ground thyme - 1 tablespoon
7. Butter, cubed and at room temperature - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Squash

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

Combine squash, olive oil, garlic, and 1 pinch salt in a bowl; mix well. Place in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until squash is soft, 45 to 60 minutes, depending on size of cubes.

4. Stage

Combine panko with thyme, salt and pepper to taste, and butter. Distribute panko-butter mixture evenly on top of squash. Bake until topping is lightly browned, 10 to 15 minutes more.
