How to cook deliciously - Sabayon with plum and honey
1. Stage
In a pan, melt butter with 2 tablespoons of honey.

Add the plums (cut into quarters) and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-6 minutes.

The plum will become soft and will be covered with honey. Transfer the cooked plum and juice from the pan to a plate.

In a small saucepan put the yolks, nutmeg wine and 4 tbsp of honey. Put this pan on top of a larger pot of boiling water, making a water bath and stir well for about 8 minutes. The mass turns a light yellow color.

Remove from the heat and stir the sabayon for about 1 more minute.

Pour the cooked sabayon into small baking molds.

Put the cooked plums on top and pour the juice from them.
8. Stage
Place in a preheated oven with a grill and cook for about 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
