How to cook deliciously - Salty mini bagels
1. Stage
Mix the soft butter, cottage cheese, baking powder, salt and flour. The dough should be soft, but not sticky. Roll into a ball and wrap in cellophane. Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour, and at most overnight.
2. Stage
Divide the dough into six pieces. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut into 8 segments. A pizza cutter is easiest to use.

Roll a bagel from the segment.
4. Stage
Brush the bagels with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180g for 30 minutes (use your oven as a guide). You can put part of the bagels in a container and store in the freezer. Frozen bagels straight from the freezer go into the oven.
