Ingredients for - Sausage Stuffing

1. Breakfast sausage - 1 pound
2. Melted margarine, or as needed - ¾ cup
3. Finely diced celery - 1 ½ cups
4. Chopped onion - ¾ cup
5. White bread cubes - 8 cups
6. Poultry seasoning - 3 teaspoons
7. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer sausage to a large bowl. Allrecipes/Oana Ennis
