1. Breakfast sausage 1 pound
2. Melted margarine, or as needed ¾ cup
3. Finely diced celery 1 ½ cups
4. Chopped onion ¾ cup
5. White bread cubes 8 cups
6. Poultry seasoning 3 teaspoons
7. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
