Ingredients for - Amsterdam Hippie Soymilk Chai

1. Soy milk - 2 quarts
2. Fresh ginger root - peeled, sliced and crushed - 4 inch piece
3. Whole cardamom pods, coarsely crushed - 1 ½ tablespoons
4. Whole cloves, coarsely crushed - 1 tablespoon
5. Cinnamon stick - 1
6. Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Amsterdam Hippie Soymilk Chai

1. Stage

In a saucepan over high heat, bring the soymilk to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Stir in the ginger, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sweeten to taste with brown sugar. Strain the mixture into another pot; serve hot.
