Ingredients for - Baked Ham and Colby Sandwiches

1. 1/2 cup butter, melted
2. 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
3. 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
4. 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
5. 2 to 3 teaspoons sugar
6. 8 hamburger buns, split
7. 8 slices Colby cheese
8. 16 thin slices deli ham (about 1 pound)
9. 1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

How to cook deliciously - Baked Ham and Colby Sandwiches

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, combine the butter, mustard, onion, poppy seeds and sugar. Place bun bottoms, cut side up, in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Top each with Colby cheese, ham and mozzarella. Brush with half the butter mixture.

2 . Stage

Replace bun tops. Brush with remaining butter mixture. Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted, 10-15 minutes.
