1. Cooking spray -
2. 2 (16.3-oz.) cans biscuit dough -
3. 2 c. shredded cooked chicken -
4. 1 c. buffalo sauce, divided  -
5. 2 c. shredded mozzarella -
6. 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan -
7. 2 thinly sliced green onions, plus more for garnish -
8. Ranch dressing, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Buffalo Chicken Monkey Bread

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350° and grease a large bundt pan with cooking spray. Cut each biscuit into quarters. 

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, toss chicken and ¾ cup buffalo sauce together. Pour remaining ¼ cup sauce into prepared bundt pan.

3. Stage

Place about a third of the biscuit quarters over sauce. Layer with half of the chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and green onions. Top with another third of the biscuits and remaining chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and green onions. Top with remaining biscuits. Bake until golden and melty, 1 hour. Cover with foil if top starts to get too dark. 

4. Stage

Let cool for 10 minutes, then flip onto a serving platter. Drizzle with ranch and top with more green onions.
