1. Cinnamon-raisin English muffin, halved - 1
2. Baby carrots, shredded - 3
3. Ground nutmeg - 1 pinch
4. Crunchy peanut butter - 1 tablespoon
5. Whipped cream cheese - 1 tablespoon
6. Clover sprouts (Optional) - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Carrot Cake Sandwich

1. Stage

Lightly toast both halves of English muffin.

2. Stage

Place shredded carrots in a small bowl and sprinkle with nutmeg.

3. Stage

Spread peanut butter on one side of English muffin.

4. Stage

Spread cream cheese on other side of English muffin. Top with carrots and sprouts. Put both sides together to make a sandwich.
