Ingredients for - Cheesecake Cookies

1. All-purpose flour - 2 ½ cups
2. White sugar - 1 ¼ cups
3. Cream cheese, at room temperature - 1 (8 ounce) package
4. Unsalted butter, melted - ½ cup
5. Eggs - 2 large
6. Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
7. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
8. Salt - ½ teaspoon
9. Sifted powdered sugar, or to taste - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Cheesecake Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

2. Stage

Combine flour, sugar, cream cheese, butter, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until a dough forms.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets.

4. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until bottoms are very lightly golden brown and tops are just about to turn color, 10 to 14 minutes. Let cool for at least 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
