1. 1 cup cubed cooked chicken -
2. 1/4 cup chopped celery -
3. 1/4 cup chopped onion -
4. 2 teaspoons canola oil -
5. 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted -
6. 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce -
7. 1 to 1-1/4 teaspoons ground ginger -
8. 2 cups cooked rice -
9. 1/2 cup chow mein noodles -

How to cook deliciously - Chicken and Rice Chow Mein

1. Stage

In a large skillet, saute the chicken, celery and onion in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Add the soup, soy sauce and ginger; cook and stir until bubbly. Stir in rice.

2. Stage

Transfer to a greased 1-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until heated through. Uncover; sprinkle with noodles. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until noodles are crisp.
