Ingredients for - No-Turn Omelet

1. 8 large eggs, lightly beaten -
2. 2 cups cooked crumbled sausage or cubed fully cooked ham -
3. 2 cups cubed process cheese (Velveeta) -
4. 2 cups milk -
5. 1 cup crushed saltines (about 24 crackers) -
6. 1/4 cup chopped onion -
7. 1/4 cup chopped green pepper -
8. 1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper -
9. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt -

How to cook deliciously - No-Turn Omelet

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased shallow 3-qt. or 13x9-in. baking dish.

2. Stage

Bake, uncovered, at 350° until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, for 45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
