1. Sea salt, or as needed - 1 teaspoon
2. Ice cubes, as needed - 1 teaspoon
3. Spicy tomato-vegetable juice cocktail (such as V8®) - ¾ cup
4. Vodka - 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger
5. Worcestershire sauce - 2 dashes
6. Hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®) - 1 dash
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 dash
8. Celery - 1 stalk
9. Garlic-stuffed green olives, threaded onto a toothpick - 2
