Then the fillet must be wrapped in a roll and fry for several minutes in sunflower oil from all sides until golden brown, over low heat. After that, coat the fillet with mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese 100 gr and put in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 120-150 degrees (until the cheese is browned).
