1. Pearled farro - 1 cup
2. Unsweetened light coconut milk - 1 (13.5 ounce) can
3. Unsweetened almond milk - ¼ cup
4. Maple syrup, or more to taste - 1 tablespoon
5. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
8. Salt - 1 pinch
9. Toasted shredded coconut (Optional) - ¼ cup
10. Toasted sliced almonds (Optional) - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Coconut Farro Porridge

1. Stage

Combine farro, coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a large pot. Bring mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cover, reduce heat to low, and continue to cook until liquid is mostly absorbed and farro has reached desired doneness, 20 to 25 minutes.

Serve warm, topped with toasted coconut and almonds.
