1. Eggplant, peeled and thinly sliced 3 large
2. Eggs, beaten 2 large
3. Italian seasoned bread crumbs 4 cups
4. Spaghetti sauce, divided 6 cups
5. Mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided 1 (16 ounce) package
6. Grated Parmesan cheese, divided ½ cup
7. Dried basil ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Eggplant Parmesan

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Flip and bake for 5 more minutes.
