Ingredients for - Eggplant Parmesan

1. Eggplant, peeled and thinly sliced - 3 large
2. Eggs, beaten - 2 large
3. Italian seasoned bread crumbs - 4 cups
4. Spaghetti sauce, divided - 6 cups
5. Mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided - 1 (16 ounce) package
6. Grated Parmesan cheese, divided - ½ cup
7. Dried basil - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Eggplant Parmesan

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage
