1. Blue Diamond Almond Flour - 1 cup
2. Granulated sugar - 2 tablespoons
3. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
4. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
5. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
6. Egg - 1 large
7. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
8. Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk - ½ cup
9. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
10. Fresh blueberries, or more to taste - ½ cup

1. Stage

Preheat griddle to 350 degrees F or heat frying pan over medium heat until a fleck of water "dances" in the pan.

Whisk almond flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add egg, lemon juice, almondmilk, and oil. Whisk until combined (batter may be slightly lumpy).
