1. Avocados - peeled, pitted, and sliced - 4
2. Tomatoes, seeded and chopped - 2
3. Red onion, chopped - ½ small
4. Cucumber, sliced - ½
5. Fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced - 1 small
6. Whole kernel corn, drained - 1 (15.25 ounce) can
7. Garlic salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Salt and black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
9. Juice of 1 fresh lime - ½ teaspoon
10. Extra virgin olive oil - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Guacamole Salad

1. Stage

Lightly toss avocados, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, jalapeno, and corn in a salad bowl until well mixed, and sprinkle with garlic salt, salt, and black pepper.

Mix lime juice with olive oil in a small bowl, and pour over the salad. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
