How to cook deliciously - Layered salad with prunes
1 . Stage
The number of ingredients is for two servings. I made it in two bowls. In the first layer put half of the cheese, grated on a fine grater.

Cover it with mayonnaise. I used about 0.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise (a quarter of a tablespoon per layer) per creamanca.

The third layer is an apple grated on a coarse grater, which can be sprinkled with lemon juice to prevent darkening. The apple should be juicy and sweet or sour.

On a layer of prunes put the egg yolk, grated on a fine grater. Put a thin layer of mayonnaise on top of the egg yolk.

Top layer - the remaining grated cheese.

You can decorate the top of the salad with pomegranate seeds, herbs or sprinkle with pieces of nuts - it's up to you.
