I made half a batch. We cut the onion into small cubes, chop the garlic and fry it in vegetable oil for 2 minutes on medium heat until it becomes transparent.

For this recipe, you can use any vegetables you want and have: green peas, green beans, carrots, canned corn, etc. I used frozen peppers and zucchini from summer. Vegetables are cut into small cubes and put to the onion, add salt, herbs (I have dried parsley), mix and stew on medium heat for 5 minutes until half-ready. Let the vegetables cool down a little.

We take any mincemeat, I have pork, put stewed vegetables, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper mix to taste, mix everything well.

Take a muffin tin, spoon the stuffing tightly. Do not put it on top (as I did), the juice will pour directly into the oven. We put the molds in the oven heated to 200 degrees, bake for 40 minutes.
5. Stage
Sprinkle the muffins with grated cheese 10 minutes before they are ready. Place the tray on top of the oven or under the grill if you have one. Bring the muffins to the maximum temperature until cooked.

Serve the muffins immediately hot as a main course or cold as an appetizer. Decorate with greens, vegetables. Bon appetit!!!
