Mutant Egg Snack

1 . Stage

Wash the eggs under running water and divide them into yolks and whites.

2 . Stage

Crush the yolks with a fork and a pinch of salt. Do not whisk. Take a piece of baking sleeve, pour out the yolks, tie the edges tightly, letting the air out.

Tie the bag to a stick. Boil water in a saucepan and put the bag with the yolks in it. The stick is needed to support the bag, so that the shape is more or less round. Boil for 10 minutes.

6 . Stage

At first the yolk may float, so you need to press it with a chopstick. And hold it until the egg yolk has set around it. Then cover the tetrapak with a saucer, so that it does not turn over. Cook for 20-25 minutes.

Take the cooked egg out of the water, slit the bottom of the tetrapak around the perimeter and shake out the egg.
