3. Dry onion soup mix, or more to taste - 1 (1 ounce) package
4. Potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces, or more to taste - 2 pounds
5. Baby carrots - 1 pound
6. Bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces - 2 large
7. Onion, cut into 1-inch pieces, or more to taste - 1 large

How to cook deliciously - Oven-Roasted Vegetables

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.

2. Stage

Mix together olive oil and onion soup mix in a large bowl until combined. Add potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, and onion; mix until well coated. Spread evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
