1. White cake mix 1 (15.25 ounce) package
2. Strawberry-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O) 1 (3 ounce) package
3. Vegetable oil 1 cup
4. Eggs 4 large
5. Mashed fresh strawberries ¾ cup
6. All-purpose flour 3 tablespoons
7. Confectioners’ sugar ½ (16 ounce) package
8. Unsalted butter, melted ¾ stick
9. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Strawberry Cake with Jell-O

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour three 8-inch cake pans.

2 . Stage

Combine cake mix, gelatin mix, oil, eggs, strawberries, and flour in a large mixing bowl. Pour equal amounts into the prepared cake pans.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely, about 30 minutes.

While cakes are cooling, mix confectioners’ sugar, butter, and vanilla together in a bowl by hand. Chill for about 20 minutes.
