How to cook deliciously - Tuna and lemon salad
1. Stage
Pour boiling water over couscous and cover. Leave to swell. Cut the cucumber into random slices.
2. Stage
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
3. Stage
Drain the liquid from the canned chickpeas. Mix the chickpeas, cooled couscous, tomatoes and cucumber in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Stage
Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze out the juice from one half. Cut the other half into slices.
5. Stage
Place the tuna in a bowl, mash with a fork and add the lemon juice.
6. Stage
Add the tuna to the salad and stir.
7. Stage
Before serving, add slices of lemon.
