1. Potatoes - 1 kg
2. Flour - 100 gram
3. Vegetable oil - 50 Ml
4. Soda - 3 gram
5. Black pepper - taste
6. Salt - taste
Gravy
1. Dried mushrooms 50 gram
2. Bulb onions 20 gram
3. Flour 25 gram
4. Butter 1 tbsp
5. Salt taste

How to cook deliciously - Potato pancakes with mushroom gravy

1. Stage

Peel and grate the potatoes. Add to it flour, soda, salt and pepper to taste.

2. Stage

Mix well and smooth the dough with a tablespoon into a well-heated pan with vegetable oil.

For gravy, pre-soak the mushrooms for 1-2 hours and boil for 20 minutes. Leave the broth after mushrooms.
