1. Lean ground beef - 1 ½ pounds
2. Pizza sauce - 1 (15 ounce) can
3. Sliced mushrooms, drained (Optional) - 1 (4 ounce) can
4. Sliced pitted ripe olives - ¼ cup
5. Shredded mozzarella cheese, or more to taste - 1 cup
6. Refrigerated biscuit dough - 1 (10 ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Easy Upside-Down Pizza Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.

Stir sauce, mushrooms, and olives into beef in the skillet. Cook and stir until heated through, about 2 minutes. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
