Ingredients for - French Onion Pickle Dip

1. Olive oil - 1 ½ tablespoons
2. Sweet onion, chopped - 1
3. Greek yogurt - 1 ⅓ cups
4. Japanese mayonnaise (such as Kewpie®) - ½ cup
5. Finely chopped cornichons - ⅔ cup
6. Minced fresh dill - 1 tablespoon
7. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
8. Ridge-cut potato chips for serving (optional) - 1 clove

How to cook deliciously - French Onion Pickle Dip

1. Stage

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat until warm. Add onions and sauté until reduced and caramelized, 15 to 18 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

2. Stage

Stir together Greek yogurt, kewpie mayo, cornichon pickles, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined. Once cooled, stir in caramelized onions. Serve immediately with potato chips. Annie Campbell
