Ingredients for - French Onion Pickle Dip

1. Olive oil 1 ½ tablespoons
2. Sweet onion, chopped 1
3. Greek yogurt 1 ⅓ cups
4. Japanese mayonnaise (such as Kewpie®) ½ cup
5. Finely chopped cornichons ⅔ cup
6. Minced fresh dill 1 tablespoon
7. Garlic, minced 1 clove
8. Ridge-cut potato chips for serving (optional) 1 clove

How to cook deliciously - French Onion Pickle Dip

1 . Stage

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat until warm. Add onions and sauté until reduced and caramelized, 15 to 18 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

2 . Stage

Stir together Greek yogurt, kewpie mayo, cornichon pickles, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined. Once cooled, stir in caramelized onions. Serve immediately with potato chips. Annie Campbell
