Ingredients for - Lobster Stuffing

1. 5 oz. unsalted butter -
2. 1 small shallot -
3. 2 clove garlic -
4. 1 package RITZ Crackers -
5. 6 oz. clean lobster meat -
6. 2 tbsp. fine herbs (chives, thyme, parsley, tarragon, celery hearts) -
7. Salt -
8. Pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Lobster Stuffing

1. Stage

Melt butter with shallots and garlic and cook until tender. Meanwhile, crumble the crackers in a mixing bowl, then pour the butter mixture over them.

2. Stage

Add lobster meat and fine herbs and season with salt and pepper.

3. Stage

Place the stuffing inside empty, clean lobster shells and bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Serve as a garnish for butter-poached lobster tail.
