1. Sliced pears, well drained - 1 (16 ounce) can
2. Pineapple chunks, drained - 1 (20 ounce) can
3. Apricot halves, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
4. Sliced peaches - 2 (15 ounce) cans
5. Maraschino cherries (Optional) - 1 (4 ounce) jar
6. Packed brown sugar - ¼ cup
7. White sugar - ¼ cup
8. Curry powder - 3 teaspoons
9. Butter - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Mom's Curried Fruit

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).

2. Stage

Drain the fruit and arrange it in an oven-proof casserole dish. Dot the fruit with butter or margarine. Mix the sugars and the curry powder together, sprinkle over the top of the fruit.

Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) until slightly brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
