1. 4 c. sorrel -
2. 1/2 cucumber -
3. 1/2 c. lemon balm -
4. 2 tbsp. chives -
5. Coarse salt -
6. Ground black pepper -
7. 1/2 ripe avocado -
8. 1 anchovy -
9. 1 clove garlic -
10. 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice -
11. 1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk -

How to cook deliciously - Tart Green Salad with Avocado Dressing

1. Stage

Combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.

2. Stage

Place the dressing ingredients and 1/4 cup of water in a blender and puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. (If the dressing is too thick, add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.)

3. Stage
