1. 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni -
2. 1 cup mayonnaise -
3. 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish -
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
6. 1 cup frozen peas, thawed -
7. 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion -
8. 1/2 cup chopped celery -
9. 1 can (5 ounces) light tuna in water, drained and flaked -
10. 3 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped -

How to cook deliciously - Tuna Macaroni Salad

1. Stage

Cook the macaroni according to the package directions. Once cooked, drain and rinse the macaroni with cold water. Cool the pasta completely. Editor's Tip: Rinsing pasta helps the noodles cool down quickly and retain the perfect al dente texture.

2. Stage

To make the dressing, combine the mayonnaise, relish, salt and pepper. Then, in a large bowl, combine the peas, onion, celery, tuna, eggs and macaroni. Add the dressing, and gently toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
