1. Egg noodles - 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Butter - 2 tablespoons
3. Sliced mushrooms - 1 (6 ounce) can
4. Chopped cooked turkey - 2 cups
5. Condensed cream of celery soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
6. Sour cream - 1 cup
7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
9. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes.
