1. Salmon fillets 8 ounces
2. Gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste) 1 tablespoon
3. Pineapple juice 2 tablespoons
4. Black sesame seeds 1 pinch
5. White sesame seeds 1 pinch
6. Sliced green onions, or to taste 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Gochujang Glazed Salmon

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)

2 . Stage

Whisk together gochujang and pineapple juice in a small bowl . to form a glaze. Brush mixture over salmon and place on a baking sheet.

3 . Stage

Bake until salmon flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle salmon with sesame seeds and green onion.
