1. Stage
Beat sugar, butter and powdered sugar with a mixer until splendid, add yolks and vanilla, beat well again. Then add salt and flour, beat with a mixer at low power until a dough is obtained. Divide the dough into 2 parts, add cocoa in one. Roll up in sausages and wrap in cling film. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Twist the sausage, wrap in cling film and put again in the refrigerator for half an hour.
