Mini pizzas

1 . Stage

The yeast dough I had was ready-made, and you can make it yourself or also buy it in the store.

2 . Stage

Roll out the dough into a 0.5 cm thick layer, spread it with mayonnaise and ketchup

Chop the sausage and bratwurst into smaller pieces and spread evenly over the rolled out dough. Slice the olives and spread them out the same way. Chop parsley greens (you can also chop basil, if you have it) and sprinkle on top. Cover the whole thing with grated mozzarella.

Roll the dough into a tight roll and cut into pieces about 1 cm thick.

5 . Stage

Place the mini pizzas on parchment. Preheat the oven with the baking tray to 220°C. When the oven is hot, drag the pizza paper quickly onto the hot baking tray and return it to the oven for 15-20 minutes.

6 . Stage

When the pizzas have reached the point you want, you need to take them out.

7 . Stage

Put them on wooden skewers and put them in a glass.
