Ingredients for - Quick Artichoke Pasta Salad

1. Salad macaroni, or other medium-size pasta 1 cup
2. Marinated artichoke hearts 1 (6.5 ounce) jar
3. Mushrooms, quartered ½ cup
4. Cherry tomatoes, halved 1 cup
5. Pitted black olives 1 cup
6. Chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon
7. Dried basil ½ teaspoon
8. Dried oregano ½ tablespoon
9. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
10. Salt and pepper to taste 2 cloves

How to cook deliciously - Quick Artichoke Pasta Salad

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil; add pasta and boil until al dente according to packaging instructions, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain well and rinse with cold water.

2 . Stage

In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper; toss well.

3 . Stage

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, season the pasta dish with salt and pepper to taste.
