Ingredients for - Surprise fish

Marinade
1. Water 250 Ml
2. Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp
3. Vegetable oil 100 Ml
4. Salt 1 tbsp
5. Black pepper taste
Filling
1. Hard cheese 150 gram
2. Chicken egg 2 PC.
3. Bulb onions 2 PC.
4. Parsley (greens) 1 beam

How to cook deliciously - Surprise fish

1. Stage

Pickle our fish for about 30 minutes . While the fish is pickling, we prepare the filling

Chop minced onion, fry, chop parsley, finely chop eggs. Mix eggs, onions, parsley.
