3. Ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon
4. Ground cloves ¼ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Place pork, onion, cinnamon, and clove into a saucepan. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in enough water to just cover pork. Bring to a boil.
