2. Garlic salt - 1 teaspoon
3. Unseasoned meat tenderizer (such as Adolph's®) - 1 teaspoon
4. Beef gravy - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
5. Italian salad dressing - ½ cup
6. Sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 (6 ounce) jar
7. Dry onion soup mix - 1 (1 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Slow-Baked Beef Brisket with Gravy

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Season beef brisket with garlic salt and meat tenderizer; place in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2. Stage

Mix beef gravy, Italian salad dressing, mushrooms, and onion soup mix in a bowl. Pour mixture over beef brisket. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
